ReskinLab and the reskinlab.io website are operated by BLACKRIDGE HOLDINGS INC. Under the parties’ written agreement dated 15 July 2026, BLACKRIDGE HOLDINGS INC. acts as a contractually controlled strategic operating entity of HONG KONG TUOJING HOLDINGS LIMITED solely for the ReskinLab business. HONG KONG TUOJING HOLDINGS LIMITED owns the underlying ReskinLab product content and core intellectual property and is authorized to act as the contracting seller and Merchant of Record for applicable transactions in Brazil. The companies are separate legal entities and have no direct or indirect equity ownership relationship.

A HONG KONG TUOJING HOLDINGS LIMITED é proprietária do conteúdo-base dos produtos ReskinLab e da propriedade intelectual principal e está autorizada a atuar como fornecedora contratante e Merchant of Record nas transações aplicáveis no Brasil. As empresas são pessoas jurídicas separadas e não possuem participação societária direta ou indireta entre si.
